Wow Games Ltd. ("Wow Games," "we," "us," or "our") publishes ad-supported mobile games, including Cube Blast! Block Puzzle (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used and shared, and the choices available to you. The third-party services used can vary by game, platform, release, region, and configuration.
Cube Blast! Block Puzzle is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through one of our games, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
We and our service providers may collect or receive the following categories of information, depending on the game and the services enabled:
Cube Blast does not provide user accounts and does not ask users to submit a name, email address, password, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, audio files, or documents through normal gameplay.

Our games may use Google's User Messaging Platform or similar consent tools to present privacy choices where required, including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and applicable U.S. states. Depending on your location, you may be able to consent, refuse consent, manage purposes and vendors, or opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. Where available, you can revisit these choices through the privacy settings provided in the game.
Refusing personalized advertising does not necessarily stop all data processing. Limited data may still be processed to deliver non-personalized ads, measure ads, maintain security, prevent fraud, or comply with law. You can also reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings.
Third-party SDKs may collect information directly from your device and may process it under their own privacy policies. A particular build or session may use some, but not necessarily all, of the following services:
Some providers act as service providers on our behalf. Advertising and attribution partners may also receive data as independent third parties or receive campaign postbacks. Under some privacy laws, advertising-related transfers may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" even when no money is paid for the personal information itself.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including analytics, attribution, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Third-party providers determine retention periods for information they process under their own policies.
Data transmitted by the integrated services is encrypted in transit. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live, subject to applicable safeguards.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to or opt out of certain processing. Cube Blast does not provide user accounts. To submit a request, email peter@wowgames.us with the game name, platform, country or state, and the type of request. Do not send passwords or payment information. We may ask for limited information needed to locate the relevant SDK or advertising identifier and verify the request.
You may also exercise choices directly through the in-game privacy options, your device advertising settings, or the privacy controls offered by the applicable third-party provider.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our games, providers, or legal requirements. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date above.
